dvitīyam iva bhūpīṭham brahmāṇḍa-ardham iva aparam
patitam kham iva ākṛtyā tat apaśyan nabhaḥ-carāḥ

nabhaḥ-carāḥ tat apaśyan,
[yat] dvitīyam bhūpīṭham iva,
aparam brahmāṇḍa-ardham iva,
ākṛtyā patitam kham iva [āsa].

ākṛtyā patitam kham iva [āsa].
22.
The celestial beings saw that (object) fallen, appearing like a second foundation for the earth, or another half of the universe, and in its form, it was as if the very sky had descended.
