योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-13, verse-17

तद्भान्तदृष्टिष्वरिषु मनाक् छिद्रमवाप्य सः ।
प्रशमं कायसंकल्पं नीत्वा स्वं स्वान्तरे बहिः ॥ १७ ॥
tadbhāntadṛṣṭiṣvariṣu manāk chidramavāpya saḥ ,
praśamaṃ kāyasaṃkalpaṃ nītvā svaṃ svāntare bahiḥ 17
