वर्धते प्रावृषीवाभ्रं कुकार्येष्वसतां बलम् ।
आसीदधिकमुत्साही स च चंक्रमणे तदा ॥ १८ ॥

18. The strength of the wicked, engaged in their evil deeds, grows just like a cloud in the rainy season. And then, he became even more enthusiastic in his roaming.
