चित्तं वृत्तिविहीनं ते यदा यातमचित्तताम् ।

When your mind (citta) becomes devoid of its modifications (vṛtti) and attains the state of no-mind, then internally you obtain that all-pervading existence which consists of liberation (mokṣa).
