योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-92, verse-13

मनोनाम द्वितीयोऽयं कायः कायवतामिह ।
स आयत्तोऽपि नायत्तो भूतानां भुवनत्रये ॥ १३ ॥

13. Here, among embodied beings, this second body is named mind. Although it is dependent, it is not truly subservient to [other] beings in the three worlds.
