भोक्ता तृप्यति नाभोक्ता गन्ता गच्छति नागतिः ।
वक्ता वक्ति न चावक्ता पौरुषं सफलं नृणाम् ॥ १७ ॥

vaktā vakti na cāvaktā pauruṣaṃ saphalaṃ nṛṇām 17

17. The enjoyer is satisfied, not the non-enjoyer. The goer goes, not the non-goer. The speaker speaks, and not the non-speaker. Human effort (puruṣa) is fruitful for people.
