वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-4, verse-28

कारुण्यभावात् पार्वत्या भवस्त्रिपुरहा ततः ।
तं राक्षसात्मजं चक्रे मातुरेव वयः समम् ॥२८॥
28. kāruṇyabhāvāt pārvatyā bhavastripurahā tataḥ ,
taṃ rākṣasātmajaṃ cakre mātureva vayaḥ samam.
