वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-16, verse-17

अचिन्तयित्वा स तदा नन्दिवाक्यं निशाचरः ।
पर्वतं तं समासाद्य वाक्यमेतदुवाच ह ॥१७॥
17. acintayitvā sa tadā nandivākyaṃ niśācaraḥ ,
parvataṃ taṃ samāsādya vākyametaduvāca ha.

parvatam tam samāsādya vākyam etat uvāca ha

17. Without considering Nandi's words, that night-wanderer (Rāvaṇa) then approached that mountain and indeed spoke these words.
