वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-97, verse-2

विसृजास्मै वधाय त्वमस्त्रं पैतामहं प्रभो ।
विनाशकालः कथितो यः सुरैः सो ऽद्य वर्तते ॥२॥
2. visṛjāsmai vadhāya tvamastraṃ paitāmahaṃ prabho ,
vināśakālaḥ kathito yaḥ suraiḥ so'dya vartate.

2. O Lord, discharge the Brahmastra (paitāmaha) for his annihilation. The time of destruction (vināśakāla) for him, which was declared by the gods, has arrived today.
