वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-15, verse-9

एष सेतुं महोत्साहः करोतु मयि वानरः ।
तमहं धारयिष्यामि तथा ह्येष यथा पिता ॥९॥
9. eṣa setuṃ mahotsāhaḥ karotu mayi vānaraḥ ,
tamahaṃ dhārayiṣyāmi tathā hyeṣa yathā pitā.

aham dhārayiṣyāmi tathā hi eṣaḥ yathā pitā
9. Let this greatly energetic monkey (Nala) build a bridge upon me. I will support that (bridge), for indeed, he is like his father.
