वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-19, verse-3

तृणमन्तरतः कृत्वा प्रत्युवाच शुचिस्मिता ।
निवर्तय मनो मत्तः स्वजने क्रियतां मनः ॥३॥
