वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-10, verse-19

पादप्रहारैस्तु मया बहुशस्तद्विदारितम् ।
ततो ऽहं तेन निष्क्रम्य यथा पुनरुपागतः ॥१९॥
19. pādaprahāraistu mayā bahuśastadvidāritam ,
tato'haṃ tena niṣkramya yathā punarupāgataḥ.
