तयोः क्षणमिवापूर्णः संग्रामः समपद्यत ।
अथाभवत्ते विमुखः पुत्रः शरशतार्दितः ॥३०॥

30. tayoḥ kṣaṇamivāpūrṇaḥ saṁgrāmaḥ samapadyata ,
athābhavatte vimukhaḥ putraḥ śaraśatārditaḥ.

30. A fierce, albeit brief, battle ensued between the two of them. Then, your son, afflicted by hundreds of arrows, turned away.
