महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-87, verse-8

तमापतन्तं संप्रेक्ष्य संक्रुद्धं भीमदर्शनम् ।
स्वबलं च भयात्तस्य प्रायशो विमुखीकृतम् ॥८॥
8. tamāpatantaṁ saṁprekṣya saṁkruddhaṁ bhīmadarśanam ,
svabalaṁ ca bhayāttasya prāyaśo vimukhīkṛtam.
8. tam āpatantaṃ samprekṣya saṃkruddhaṃ bhīmadarśanam
svabalaṃ ca bhayāt tasya prāyaśaḥ vimukhīkṛtam
8. tam saṃkruddham bhīmadarśanam āpatantam samprekṣya
ca tasya bhayāt svabalam prāyaśaḥ vimukhīkṛtam
8. And seeing him approaching, enraged and of terrifying appearance, his own army was for the most part turned away out of fear of him.
