27.
The great-souled (mahātman) Bhishma swiftly rained upon him — the best among all bow-wielders, tireless in action (asaktabkarma), and whose banner bore the monkey-king (kapi-rāja-ketu) — with floods of pure arrows and `bhalla` arrows.
