Then, the diadem-wearer (kiriṭamālī - Arjuna), laughing (prahasya) with a wondrous appearance and the great roar of the Gāṇḍīva bow's twang, destroyed the multitude of powerful weapons (mahāstrajāla) with a volley of arrows (vipāṭhajāla).
