महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-40, verse-22

धृत्या शिश्नोदरं रक्षेत्पाणिपादं च चक्षुषा ।
चक्षुःश्रोत्रे च मनसा मनो वाचं च कर्मणा ॥२२॥
22. dhṛtyā śiśnodaraṁ rakṣetpāṇipādaṁ ca cakṣuṣā ,
cakṣuḥśrotre ca manasā mano vācaṁ ca karmaṇā.
22. dhṛtyā śiśnodaram rakṣet pāṇipādam ca cakṣuṣā |
cakṣuḥ śrotre ca manasā manaḥ vācam ca karmaṇā
22. One should protect the genitals and belly with firmness (dhṛti), the hands and feet with the eyes, and the eyes and ears with the mind. And one should protect the mind and speech with (right) action (karma).
