महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-119, verse-4

किं मया मनसा ध्यातमशुभं धर्मदूषणम् ।
येनाहं चलितः स्थानादिति राजा व्यचिन्तयत् ॥४॥
4. kiṁ mayā manasā dhyātamaśubhaṁ dharmadūṣaṇam ,
yenāhaṁ calitaḥ sthānāditi rājā vyacintayat.
4. kim mayā manasā dhyātam aśubham dharmadūṣaṇam |
yena aham calitaḥ sthānāt iti rājā vyacintayat
4. "What inauspicious act, what defilement of natural law (dharma), did I contemplate with my mind, that I have been displaced from my position?" Thus, the king pondered.
