महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-5, verse-26

यत्र चापश्यत स वै तिरो वर्षाणि वर्षति ।
तत्र तानि दृढैः पाशैः सुगाढं पर्यबन्धत ॥२६॥
26. yatra cāpaśyata sa vai tiro varṣāṇi varṣati ,
tatra tāni dṛḍhaiḥ pāśaiḥ sugāḍhaṁ paryabandhata.
26. yatra ca apaśyata sa vai tiraḥ varṣāṇi varṣati
tatra tāni dṛḍhaiḥ pāśaiḥ sugāḍham paryabandhata
26. And where he indeed saw a place that remained hidden, even with continuous rain for years, there he bound those (bows) very tightly with strong ropes.
