दक्षिणां दक्षिणाचारो दिशं येनाजयत्प्रभुः ।
अपज्यमकरोद्वीरः सहदेवस्तदायुधम् ॥२३॥

23. Through which (campaign), the lord (prabhu), Sahadeva, who followed righteous conduct, conquered the southern direction. The hero (vīra) Sahadeva then rendered his weapon (bow) stringless.
