महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-42, verse-17

संभ्रान्तमनसः सर्वे काले ह्यस्मिन्महारथाः ।
नान्यत्र युद्धाच्छ्रेयोऽस्ति तथात्मा प्रणिधीयताम् ॥१७॥
17. saṁbhrāntamanasaḥ sarve kāle hyasminmahārathāḥ ,
nānyatra yuddhācchreyo'sti tathātmā praṇidhīyatām.
17. saṃbhrāntamanasaḥ sarve kāle hi asmin mahārathāḥ na
anyatra yuddhāt śreyaḥ asti tathā ātmā praṇidhīyatām
17. Indeed, all these great chariot-warriors are bewildered in mind at this moment. There is no greater good (śreyas) than battle, so let the self (ātman) be steadfastly applied to it.
