महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-91, verse-21

मनो ह्यदुष्टं शूराणां पर्याप्तं वै नराधिप ।
मैत्रीं बुद्धिं समास्थाय शुद्धास्तीर्थानि गच्छत ॥२१॥
21. mano hyaduṣṭaṁ śūrāṇāṁ paryāptaṁ vai narādhipa ,
maitrīṁ buddhiṁ samāsthāya śuddhāstīrthāni gacchata.
21. manaḥ hi aduṣṭam śūrāṇām paryāptam vai narādhipa
maitrīm buddhim samāsthāya śuddhāḥ tīrthāni gacchata
21. Indeed, O ruler of men, an uncorrupted mind is certainly sufficient for heroes. Having adopted an intellect characterized by friendliness, you pure ones should go to the holy places.
