महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-91, verse-20

शरीरनियमं ह्याहुर्ब्राह्मणा मानुषं व्रतम् ।
मनोविशुद्धां बुद्धिं च दैवमाहुर्व्रतं द्विजाः ॥२०॥
20. śarīraniyamaṁ hyāhurbrāhmaṇā mānuṣaṁ vratam ,
manoviśuddhāṁ buddhiṁ ca daivamāhurvrataṁ dvijāḥ.
20. śarīraniyamam hi āhuḥ brāhmaṇāḥ mānuṣam vratam
manoviśuddhām buddhim ca daivam āhuḥ vratam dvijāḥ
20. Indeed, Brahmins declare physical discipline to be a human observance. And the twice-born declare a mind-purified intellect to be a divine observance.
