महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-73, verse-23

वैक्लव्यं च परं गत्वा प्रक्षाल्य च मुखं ततः ।
मिथुनं प्रेषयामास केशिन्या सह भारत ॥२३॥
23. vaiklavyaṁ ca paraṁ gatvā prakṣālya ca mukhaṁ tataḥ ,
mithunaṁ preṣayāmāsa keśinyā saha bhārata.

tataḥ mithunam preṣayāmāsa keśinyā saha bhārata
23. O Bhārata, having reached extreme distress (vaiklavya) and then washed her face, she sent Keśinī along with a pair [of children/messengers] (mithuna).
