महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-51, verse-4

न नक्तं न दिवा शेते हा हेति वदती मुहुः ।
तामस्वस्थां तदाकारां सख्यस्ता जज्ञुरिङ्गितैः ॥४॥
4. na naktaṁ na divā śete hā heti vadatī muhuḥ ,
tāmasvasthāṁ tadākārāṁ sakhyastā jajñuriṅgitaiḥ.
4. na naktam na divā śete hā he iti vadatī muhuḥ tām
asvasthām tadākārām sakhyaḥ tāḥ jajñuḥ iṅgitaiḥ
4. She sleeps neither by night nor by day, repeatedly exclaiming, 'Alas! Alas!' Her female friends understood her unwell (asvasthā) state by her gestures.
