महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-51, verse-3

ऊर्ध्वदृष्टिर्ध्यानपरा बभूवोन्मत्तदर्शना ।
न शय्यासनभोगेषु रतिं विन्दति कर्हिचित् ॥३॥
3. ūrdhvadṛṣṭirdhyānaparā babhūvonmattadarśanā ,
na śayyāsanabhogeṣu ratiṁ vindati karhicit.
