महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-39, verse-12

ऐन्द्रिः स्थिरमना राजन्सर्वलोकमहारथः ।
त्वरया परया युक्तस्तपसे धृतनिश्चयः ।
वनं कण्टकितं घोरमेक एवान्वपद्यत ॥१२॥
12. aindriḥ sthiramanā rājansarvalokamahārathaḥ ,
tvarayā parayā yuktastapase dhṛtaniścayaḥ ,
vanaṁ kaṇṭakitaṁ ghorameka evānvapadyata.

12. O King, the son of Indra, Arjuna, resolute and a great charioteer (mahāratha) in all worlds, endowed with supreme speed, and with a firm resolve for asceticism (tapas), indeed entered that dreadful, thorny forest all alone.
