अरणीसहितं चेदं ब्राह्मणाय प्रयच्छत ।
जिज्ञासार्थं मया ह्येतदाहृतं मृगरूपिणा ॥२०॥

20. araṇīsahitaṁ cedaṁ brāhmaṇāya prayacchata ,
jijñāsārthaṁ mayā hyetadāhṛtaṁ mṛgarūpiṇā.

And give this (fire-sticks) along with the `araṇī` to the brahmin. Indeed, this was taken by me, who was in the form of a deer, for the purpose of testing.
