महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-20, verse-3

आयुष्मन्नुपदेशस्तु सारथ्ये वर्ततां स्मृतः ।
सर्वार्थेषु रथी रक्ष्यस्त्वं चापि भृशपीडितः ॥३॥
3. āyuṣmannupadeśastu sārathye vartatāṁ smṛtaḥ ,
sarvārtheṣu rathī rakṣyastvaṁ cāpi bhṛśapīḍitaḥ.
3. āyuṣman upadeśaḥ tu sārathye vartatām smṛtaḥ
sarvārtheṣu rathī rakṣyaḥ tvam ca api bhṛśapīḍitaḥ
3. O long-lived one, this instruction regarding charioteering should indeed be kept in mind: in all circumstances, the warrior in the chariot must be protected. And you yourself are greatly afflicted.
