महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-20, verse-24

मृत्युरस्य महाबाहो रणे देवकिनन्दनः ।
कृष्णः संकल्पितो धात्रा तन्न मिथ्या भवेदिति ॥२४॥
24. mṛtyurasya mahābāho raṇe devakinandanaḥ ,
kṛṣṇaḥ saṁkalpito dhātrā tanna mithyā bhavediti.
24. mṛtyuḥ asya mahābāho raṇe devakīnandanaḥ kṛṣṇaḥ
saṃkalpitaḥ dhātrā tat na mithyā bhavet iti
24. O mighty-armed one, Kṛṣṇa, the son of Devakī, has been ordained by the Creator (Dhātṛ) as Śālva's death in battle. May that not prove false.
