महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-35, verse-27

यो हि धर्मं विचिनुयादुत्कृष्टं मतिमान्नरः ।
स वै पश्येद्यथाधर्मं न तथा चेदिराडयम् ॥२७॥
27. yo hi dharmaṁ vicinuyādutkṛṣṭaṁ matimānnaraḥ ,
sa vai paśyedyathādharmaṁ na tathā cedirāḍayam.
27. yaḥ hi dharmam vicinuyāt utkṛṣṭam matimān naraḥ
saḥ vai paśyet yathādharma na tathā cedirāṭ ayam
27. Any intelligent person (nara) who diligently discerns the superior aspect of natural law (dharma) would indeed perceive the true nature of natural law (dharma). But this king of Cedi does not see it that way.
