महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-6, verse-25

धिगस्तु मामधर्मज्ञं धिग्बुद्धिं धिक्च मे श्रुतम् ।
यत्कृते पृथिवीपालः शेतेऽयमतथोचितः ॥२५॥
25. dhigastu māmadharmajñaṁ dhigbuddhiṁ dhikca me śrutam ,
yatkṛte pṛthivīpālaḥ śete'yamatathocitaḥ.
25. dhik astu mām adharmajñam dhik buddhim dhik ca me
śrutam yat kṛte pṛthivīpālaḥ śete ayam atathocitaḥ
25. mām adharmajñam dhik astu buddhim dhik ca me śrutam
dhik yat kṛte ayam pṛthivīpālaḥ atathocitaḥ śete
25. Shame upon me, who is ignorant of what is right (dharma)! Shame upon my intellect, and shame upon my learning, because of me this protector of the earth lies in an unfitting state.
