तेजसस्तपसश्चैव नित्यं बिभ्येद्युधिष्ठिर ।
उभे चैते परित्याज्ये तेजश्चैव तपस्तथा ॥२४॥

ubhe caite parityājye tejaścaiva tapastathā.

24. O Yudhiṣṭhira, one should always fear both spiritual power (tejas) and asceticism (tapas). Indeed, both of these, spiritual power (tejas) and asceticism (tapas), should be avoided.
