महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-118, verse-28

कर्मणा तेन चैवाहं सुखाशामिह लक्षये ।
तच्छ्रोतुमहमिच्छामि त्वत्तः श्रेयस्तपोधन ॥२८॥
28. karmaṇā tena caivāhaṁ sukhāśāmiha lakṣaye ,
tacchrotumahamicchāmi tvattaḥ śreyastapodhana.
28. karmaṇā tena ca eva aham sukhāśām iha lakṣaye
tat śrotum aham icchāmi tvattaḥ śreyaḥ tapodhana
28. tena karmaṇā ca eva aham iha sukhāśām lakṣaye
tapodhana aham tvattaḥ tat śreyaḥ śrotum icchāmi
28. And indeed, through that action (karma), I perceive hope for happiness in this life. O ascetic (tapas) of great wealth, I wish to hear that supreme good from you.
