शुभानामपि जानामि कृतानां कर्मणां फलम् ।
माता च पूजिता वृद्धा ब्राह्मणश्चार्चितो मया ॥२६॥

26. śubhānāmapi jānāmi kṛtānāṁ karmaṇāṁ phalam ,
mātā ca pūjitā vṛddhā brāhmaṇaścārcito mayā.

26. I know the results of even the good actions (karma) I have performed. An aged mother was honored by me, and a Brahmin was worshipped by me.
