महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-34, verse-20

अधर्मरूपो धर्मो हि कश्चिदस्ति नराधिप ।
धर्मश्चाधर्मरूपोऽस्ति तच्च ज्ञेयं विपश्चिता ॥२०॥
20. adharmarūpo dharmo hi kaścidasti narādhipa ,
dharmaścādharmarūpo'sti tacca jñeyaṁ vipaścitā.

20. O King, indeed, sometimes a certain natural law (dharma) appears as unrighteousness (adharma), and conversely, unrighteousness (adharma) can appear as natural law (dharma). This distinction should be known by a discerning person.
