तिर्यग्गच्छन्ति नरकं मानुष्यं दैवमेव च ।
सुखदुःखे प्रियद्वेष्ये चरित्वा पूर्वमेव च ॥२१॥

21. tiryaggacchanti narakaṁ mānuṣyaṁ daivameva ca ,
sukhaduḥkhe priyadveṣye caritvā pūrvameva ca.

21. They go to animal births, to hell, to human existence, and indeed to divine existence, having experienced pleasure and pain, attraction and aversion, as they have done before.
