सोऽसृजत्प्रथमं देवो महान्तं नाम नामतः ।
आकाशमिति विख्यातं सर्वभूतधरः प्रभुः ॥१३॥

13. First, that divine Lord, the supporter of all beings, created the great (principle) renowned by the name of *ākāśa* (ether/space).
