महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-175, verse-12

अव्यक्त इति विख्यातः शाश्वतोऽथाक्षरोऽव्ययः ।
यतः सृष्टानि भूतानि जायन्ते च म्रियन्ति च ॥१२॥
12. avyakta iti vikhyātaḥ śāśvato'thākṣaro'vyayaḥ ,
yataḥ sṛṣṭāni bhūtāni jāyante ca mriyanti ca.

12. He is known as the Unmanifest (avyakta), eternal (śāśvata), and furthermore, imperishable (akṣara) and undecaying (avyaya). From him, all beings are created, and into him they are born and then die.
