अद्य तान्सहितान्सर्वान्धृष्टद्युम्नपुरोगमान् ।
सूदयिष्यामि विक्रम्य कक्षं दीप्त इवानलः ।
निहत्य चैव पाञ्चालाञ्शान्तिं लब्धास्मि सत्तम ॥२८॥

Today, O best of men, I will destroy all of them, including Dhṛṣṭadyumna, with my valor, just as a blazing fire consumes dry grass. And having killed the Pāñcālas, I shall attain peace.
