महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-2, verse-29

अनेन तु ममाद्यापि व्यसनेनोपतापिता ।
बुद्धिश्चिन्तयतः किंचित्स्वं श्रेयो नावबुध्यते ॥२९॥
29. anena tu mamādyāpi vyasanenopatāpitā ,
buddhiścintayataḥ kiṁcitsvaṁ śreyo nāvabudhyate.
29. anena tu mama adya api vyasanena upatāpitā buddhiḥ
cintayataḥ kiñcit svam śreyaḥ na avabudhyate
29. tu adya api anena vyasanena upatāpitā mama
cintayataḥ buddhiḥ svam kiñcit śreyaḥ na avabudhyate
29. But even today, my intellect, while reflecting and afflicted by this misfortune, does not discern anything of its own welfare.
