महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-45, verse-13

परिक्षीणेषु कुरुषु उत्तरायामजायत ।
परिक्षिदभवत्तेन सौभद्रस्यात्मजो बली ॥१३॥

parikṣidabhavattena saubhadrasyātmajo balī.

13. When the Kurus were almost completely destroyed, he was born from Uttarā. Thus, the powerful son of Subhadrā's son (Abhimanyu), Parikṣit, came into being.
