महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-37, verse-24

रक्ष्यमाणा वयं तात राजभिः शास्त्रदृष्टिभिः ।
चरामो विपुलं धर्मं तेषां चांशोऽस्ति धर्मतः ॥२४॥

24. rakṣyamāṇā vayaṁ tāta rājabhiḥ śāstradṛṣṭibhiḥ ,
carāmo vipulaṁ dharmaṁ teṣāṁ cāṁśo'sti dharmataḥ.

24. rakṣyamāṇā vayam tāta rājabhiḥ śāstra-dṛṣṭibhiḥ
carāmaḥ vipulam dharmam teṣām ca aṃśaḥ asti dharmataḥ

24. O dear one, being protected by kings who follow the scriptures, we practice our extensive Dharma. And a share of that (Dharma) belongs to them by virtue of their duty.

24. בני, כשמלכים הרואים את הכתבים מגינים עלינו, אנו הולכים בדרך יושר רחבה, ולהם יש חלק בכך מתוקף דרך היושר.
