महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-196, verse-27

हितं तु परमं कर्ण ब्रवीमि कुरुवर्धनम् ।
अथ त्वं मन्यसे दुष्टं ब्रूहि यत्परमं हितम् ॥२७॥
27. hitaṁ tu paramaṁ karṇa bravīmi kuruvardhanam ,
atha tvaṁ manyase duṣṭaṁ brūhi yatparamaṁ hitam.
27. hitam tu paramam karṇa bravīmi kuruvardhanam |
atha tvam manyase duṣṭam brūhi yat paramam hitam
27. O Karna, I speak the supreme good which brings prosperity to the Kurus. If, however, you consider this wrong, then you tell what is supremely beneficial.
