किमन्यद्विहितान्नूनं तस्य सा पुरुषेन्द्रता ।
यदि ते विहितं राज्यं भविष्यति विशां पते ॥२३॥

23. kimanyadvihitānnūnaṁ tasya sā puruṣendratā ,
yadi te vihitaṁ rājyaṁ bhaviṣyati viśāṁ pate.

| yadi te vihitam rājyam bhaviṣyati viśām pate

23. What else, indeed, but what is destined (vidhi) could be the cause of his paramount position among men? O lord of the people, if the kingdom is ordained for you, it will be yours.
