महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-138, verse-30

नातिदूरे च नगरं वनादस्माद्धि लक्षये ।
जागर्तव्ये स्वपन्तीमे हन्त जागर्म्यहं स्वयम् ॥३०॥
30. nātidūre ca nagaraṁ vanādasmāddhi lakṣaye ,
jāgartavye svapantīme hanta jāgarmyahaṁ svayam.
30. na atidūre ca nagaram vanāt asmāt hi lakṣaye
jāgartavye svapantī ime hanta jāgarmi aham svayam
30. I perceive a city not very far from this forest. Alas, while these two are sleeping and ought to be vigilant, I myself will remain awake.
