संकल्पनगरे ब्राह्मे जगत्यस्मिन्महामते ।
किं नाम नो संभवति सत्यं वाप्यसमञ्जसम् ॥ २१ ॥

Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: 'O great-minded one, in this world—a city born of mental resolve (saṃkalpa) and permeated by Brahman (brahman)—what indeed is not possible, whether it be true or even absurd?'
