योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-170, verse-11

सूर्यस्तम इवाजस्रमप्रदर्शयदप्रियम् ।
अनुरक्ता महेलेव प्रियमेवाप्रदर्शयत् ॥ ११ ॥

11. sūryaḥ tamaḥ iva ajasram apriyam apradarśayat
anuraktā mahelā iva priyam eva apradarśayat
11. sūryaḥ tamaḥ iva (saḥ) ajasram apriyam apradarśayat.

11. Just as the sun (dispels) darkness, he constantly avoided showing anything unpleasant. And like a loving wife, he consistently showed only what was pleasant.
