yasya hṛdi indriyāṇi indriyārthebhyaḥ kūrmāṅgāni iva sarvaśaḥ svabhāvataḥ sthirām saṃsthitim āyānti.

For whom, naturally, the senses withdraw completely from their objects into the heart, just like the limbs of a tortoise, and thus attain a steady state.
