असत्सत्कुरुते क्षिप्रमितीयं भ्रान्तिरुत्थिता ।
क्षणेनैव मनोराज्यं प्रतिभातं स्वभावतः ॥ २४ ॥

24. This delusion has arisen: 'the non-existent quickly becomes existent.' Yet, a mental creation (manorājya) manifests spontaneously in an instant.
